Crazy mad

i am shocked which is a understatement. No one can tell me if I have retrenchment cover WHY ...... I have always looked at fnb as a top notch bank to the point of opening up a checking account just on Wednesday..... I have been paying my credit card with assistance of my husband since I have got retrenched up until about 4 to 5 months ago.... When he could no longer assist and when I realized that no one mentioned to me about the retrenchment cover and even if I had one..... Which I'm sure I did but did not want to use it while I still had the means to pay now I get told my account has been handed over and still can not tell me if I have it or not because they no longer have access to my account.... This is after I told the consultances I had been retrenched why did they not ask me if I had cover... This is a joke.
