**** SERVICE to NO SERVICE
My husband and I have been trying for several weeks to get hold of someone in the Overdraft and Credit Card department. We want to settle our Overdrafts but no one seems to know what is going on. We were handed over to the attorneys, when we call them, they dont have us on record. we call back to the overdraft department and get shoved from Pillar to Post. DOES FNB WANT THEIR MONEY. Credit Card is not willing to negotiate on the settlement figure, instead they are happy to receive R100 a month - HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE. Personal Loans was great they offered us a 20% reduced rate of which we took and paid both off. CREDIT CARD = PATHETIC & OVERDRAFT WELL I DONT THINK THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING EITHER.
