CPP incorrectly app**** contotary to confirmation given by the bank

I opened a student loan in 2017. I provided my existing covers on life, death, income etc. I filled in the ceding documents and submitted it all.

Loan was fine up to this year, when I asked for an increase. I confirmed with the banker that there will be no CPP on the policy with the increase.

Few months later, now I discovered that the CPP is in fact on the policy.

Loans dept won't help. Banker has a different story now. And my policies are still ceded to FNB.
