COVID19 Relief MESS!!!

I'm very disappointing with FNB. How they handling the COVID19 relief is a mess. I called and got the relief noticed that the amount I was approved for wouldn't cover for the 3 months. I called FNB and was reassured its will cover the problem is on their side and it will be rectified. This month I.m receiving numerous calls that my loan is in Arrears. I've been calling leaving my details with consultants who said they will escalate the matter no feedback was given to me. I had to call today only to find out that the Covid relived fund was only for one month. This is really unprofessional.
