Covid19 relief fund account not debited for FNB debit orders

I app**** for a covid19 relief fund last month. This was approved on the 17th of May and was supposed to be used to set off my obligations with fnb effective immediately. My car financing installment went through on the 25th of May and was not set off against the above but instead my current account was debited and has been in excess for 8 days until today when i rectified it. I am still waiting for fnb to refund the amount back into my account so that the rest of the debit orders can be honored. I spoke to one of the staff members who webt the the extra mile by referring me to the relevant department but to date i have not received any assistance. Can someone please assist by resolving this and ensuring that all fnb related obligations are catered for as per terms and conditions of the Covid19 contract. I would also like the bank to reverse or refund the additional penalty debit interest that had been accumulated as a result of the excess. Thanking you in advance
