Covid19 Cash Relief Bull****

We are unfortunately one of many households that had to make use of FNB's Covid19 Cash Relief to cover our bond payment in this time. We are having extreme difficulty to talk to someone or even get a settlement quote./ We want to settle this debt now but no one can answer me why I owe them MORE than 3 months' bond payments. There is +/- R27 000 that I need to take account for, heavens know why. I am so disappointed in this pathetic service and that I always need to write a Hellopeter review before I get assistance!!
