Covid **** loan cnt access funds used to pay fnb products!

Your covid relief is nothing but a loan! Not accessible to me at all! Only to pay what I owe to you! I cannot get this money either to buy food it's not drawable or useable. I have contacted you on mail and on Facebook and all i get is an automated reply!!!!
