Covid *******

I app**** for the covid cash flow relief.... I saw it was loaded to my app but the available balance was R0.... And total balance was in the R-. Contact FNB to find out what is going on and NOONE can explain to me what is going on... All they can say is that my debt orders will be paid from their... My debt orders don't even add up to half of the amount that is the total amount in the negative.... Plus it won't cover my discovery credit card or my fnb cellphone contract..... So what was the point of even applying.... I also needed the money to put food on my table for my kids but they decided to just give me what suited them.... Absolutely disappointed with the service and customer service from this once good bank... I will be moving as soon as this covid lockdown is over
