Covid-Relief to Covid Misery

I app**** for the Covid-relief and was approved. My credit card has only been paid once and I am now in areas as I re**** on the relief to pay for me but nothing. I have tried the secure chat, email and no assistance. There is no contact number. I cant even get the statement for this account. I am very frustrated as I dont even know who to contact for help.
