Covid Relief Personal Loan Amount & Interest Incorrect

During the lockdown period we had to take the covid relief personal loan option overed by FNB to be able to cover our home loan.

The total loan was supposed to be for a 3 month period but we only received the benefit for 2 months, placing us under extreme financial difficulty.

We also discovered that an initial deduction was made from our personal account to this covid loan and we did not agree to this amount.

We have requested FNB to correct the loan amount and interest charged incorrectly and to provide us with the agreement wrt to the initial deduction made.

Till date we have not received any feedback.

We are very unhappy and are considering moving our 3 x accounts to another bank!
