Covid relief loan update

I recently took out a Covid relief loan, which turned into a nightmare as the funds did not go off as agreed on and the terms and conditions were changed without my consent. (that part of the loan remains on a 1 score for the way in which it was handled. This rating is for the assistance i received to rectify all that was done previously) However, 2 ladies from FNB got involved to assist me. They were really patient and extremely professional through out the whole investigation. I don't want to name them, but if they read this, thank you very much. I like my bank again:)
