Covid relief loan in arrears.

what a useless bank, I app**** for Covid-19 relief last year April and now they are saying my account is in arrears, I called your stupid call centre and ask them to debit on the 24th of each, there is always funds in my bank account .I'm so ****ed, I'm not going to pay for the arrears because you never called me to arrange the loan repayment and I didn't give you a debit date, before you put someone on arrears you call them and tell them the covid relief is over and is time you start paying your account and when we start debiting and how much you can afford ? please reverse your arrears.
