Covid Relief lies

I have asked for covid relief last month and FNB is intentionally delaying responding to my query and has already made one deduction even though i sent them all the information they requested. I spoke to two agents and they keep telling me they will escalate. Itumelen Tsotetsi is one of the agents that would not let me speak to any of the managers telling me they are working from home.
