Covid relief fund it's a lie my accounts are in areas now dur to fnb incompetence

I have been sent from pillar to post. I have a covid relief loan approved but for 3 months my loans were not paid at all including my funeral. Does Fnb know what they are doing each time I speak to them they will escalate I have been waiting for long I'm promised lies.
