Covid relief freezes accounts
Fnb has as of today put zero balances on my funds available. It is a glitch in the system?
My private wealth banker said she is working on it, apparently if you app**** for covid relief your other lines of credit is closed???
I told them to cancel covid immediately and let me have access to my available funds? No answers
Very very disappointed I pay substantial amounts on bank fees in my personal and business platforms just to be frozen due to a unknown glich?

There conduct and updates in dealing with the issue was very prompt and efficient. I’m glad to say I am once more a happy private wealth client of fnb. Sithembile Shelembe is highly recommend
