Covid Relief Fiasco continued - another follow up (Ref ***NF)

So useless! Consultant called while i am in meetings. No emails to follow up with their details. I had to call the contact centre with Ref ***NF on 28 Aug to escalate or get the consultant number so i can call back. Three days later and no feedback? FNB needs to refund me money and resolve this!!! Just email me and we can liase, you do not need to ignore this complaint because i didn't answer once. Seriously...
