Covid relief debit order Fiasco! FNB does not know what it's doing

Was approved in April 20 for Covid relief. As it was very late my end April debit orders all ran. My first covid relief month at the end of May most of my debit orders still went through, had to contact banker to reverse then. Corrected. End June everything went smoothly then end of July all my debit orders were processed again. Complained to my banker on 5 Aug and she confirmed FNB problems. Sent her a list to reverse on 6 Aug. Today i just got paid and my debit order from end July HAVE STILL NOT BEEN REVERSED! FNB is so useless....Std Bank and Absa have had NO ISSUE whatsoever...just FNB. . But as true to FNB useless nature my Covid debit order has come off smoothly...funny how you just want to take my payback money but not provide the relief you lie you did. I STILL WANT my refund from my end July debit order. Contacted my Private Client banker over and over....no response. Need an urgent reply!
