Covid relief, approved not paying out. FNB has different stories everyday

I was approved for the covid cash relief on 18 April it the account was never opened. App**** again submitted all femevenat documents 13 July, turn around time was supposed to be 24 -48 as I had already been approved. To date I have been getting the run around from FNB, I have been saying I'm leaving this bank, I think it's time. They do not care about their loyal clients, it's time as clients we show the bank that they rely on us. What a waste of time.....with their ****ty "How can we help you", I can now see that they actually mean is " How can we **** you".....
