Covid relief

Fnb I have covid relief on my account and I have transfered money from my credit card to check account and money was deducted for my loan!!!!!! Why are money being deducted when I have the relief fund in place..... I have been having challenges with fnb from the start of this virus, extremely disappointed in the service
