COVID Relief

I'm a client for 20 years.I run a small business and due to COVID19, haven't received income and am unable to meet my monthly commitments. I app**** for COVID relief through my FNB Debt Preotection plan and was declined.FNB has used every excuse not to assist. At first my application was sent to late. I didn't realize I would be in a predicament until after lockdown. Secondly,I didn't qualify for assistance.Due to my ITC credentials,I don't qualify COVID relief.I haven't missed payments on my FNB account and my bank statement reflects no income for the past 3 months.
