covid relief

I looked into the COVID19 relief fund. Without signing ANYTHING you added it to my account. I requested that it be removed yet stil NOTHING. NOW EVERY OTHER DAY R299 is being deducted from the account. I WANT THIS OFF OF MY ACCOUNT BEFORE THE END OF TODAY. I WON'T BE HELD LIABLE FOR THIS. I have not even used the relief fund
