Covid loan ****

Today I looked at my accounts and my covid loan suddenly increased with R39000 and there is a new transaction that says I received a payout of that amount in May. Which did not happen! Then my original loan amount suddenly says it's R126 000 instead of the R87000 that I took, signed for, and have the documentation for! My monthly debit says it's almost R1000 a month more than what it has been for a year. Who do you think you are? This is quite clearly *****, I have a signed agreement and you think you can change it without me seeing it? I will be going to the banking ombudsman as I see this is a trend with FNB and this covid loan... I want someone to fix this immediately. You are trying to ***** from me and I won't allow it.

It's doesn't help sending a response saying a complaint has been logged. I want it sorted out. I've sent emails to my private banker, her manager, the debt relief department and on hello Peter. Guess who has assisted.... Not a single one! No response from anyone! There is a very obvious reason you are the worst bank almost 3 years running

So FNB made mistakes and are expecting the client to pay for it! It seems someone realized they made mistakes on all these covid loans and then in the background without any notice to the client changed a binding credit agreement to suit them! Now I get a magical new credit agreement I have to sign with a new amount that fell from the sky and I am expected to sign it!? How is it legal to change binding terms of a credit agreement whenever and however you want? I have not received any form of communication around it or any detailed balances around anything and I must just trust you!? After lying about making mistakes? Now I must accept a new agreement starting fresh, like the last year never happened! Like I haven't paid almost R39000 off on this account!? Where is all the money I have already paid!? Where?? I am going to the ombudsman and I urge every other person they are doing this to to do the same! Bunch of ******!
