Covid Loan Relief Debit orders

I took out the FNB Covid relief loan. B the time they approved it, they had already debited me for my May loan obligations. Now I went to the FNB and called the loans department ed of May and they advised that all the debit orders will be reversed. Fast forward June, Only 2 of the 3 debit orders was reversed. Now I called 2 weeks ago and I was told FNB will give a call within the next 3 days. 3 days later, still there was nothing. Yesterday I called again and was transferred to loans that wasn't picking up. FNB, I'm sure you know that the reason one would take this relief is because their salary has been compromised. Why then add to the stress when you are suppose to be letting us deal with this better. Please kindly fix this.
