Covid loan non payment

I was granted a covid relief loan ehich was extended on 17 july. Come 25 July all debit orders which is covered under this loan was deducted from my account.

I have been phoning and chatting on secure chat for 7 days. 31 july I received written confirmation that my money will be refunded into my account wihtin 2 or 3 business days. Today being the 3rd day no refund was made

Again phoned fnb and was told that no refund will be made by one operater and the next one yet again requests a refund

Different agent different answer.

Now i must wait another 7 days for refund according prding to the last agent who has a terrible attitude.

I need this to be sorted out and my money put into my account today.

Side note. The covid loan sghows the futher extended loan ount so basically i am paying double the (debit order and the loan)
