Covid Loan extension a farce

For the second month in a row, my homeloan debit orders have been taken from my cheque account instead of my extended Covid Loan. I raised last month's issue with my private banker and nothing has been corrected and there has been absolutely no communication about the issue from FNB. So now I'm sitting with a Covid Loan I can't access while FNB has taken 2 months worth of money from my cheque account that I can't afford for them to take now.
