Covid loan endless problems

I banked with FNB for almost 10 years and never had i battled with anything as much as i battle with this covid loan. I have had my credit card with FNB for 4 years and my bond for 3 and i have never been debited on the wrong date. Firstly it was such a mission to just get a debit order to go off this account. Now that the debit order is finally going off, I'm being debited on the 19th. I work for a bank and just as they pay their employees on the 20th of every month, regardless of the day, I get paid in the exact same way. Bank charges are no joke and I make sure that my debit orders arw provided for before I even start spending my salary. I hate being made to look like a bad payer.
