COVID loan details STILL a mess, not transparent or adding up! No debit orders have been paid yet!!

I'm still a little erked by the covid loan and it’s payment execution on the client’s behalf. I was told that the loan of +-R22500 will be paying R3000+ per month on my overdraft for three months (supposed to happened on the 9th - ,no such payment went off) and my credit card for R3000+ over 3 months and my device and insurance for 3 months. So 9000+ over 3 months for the overdraft + 9000 + over 3 months for the credit card + 270 over three months for my insure + just over 1400 over three months for my device equaling the R22500+- that I'll be paying for. So far I've yet to see my overdraft payment made in the overinflated amount Fnb calculated it at (which was due on the 9th)

My concern is still the same I've expressed before - what's happening with the loan amount? I don't see R3000 being paid to my account with the OVERDRAFT - I did however see a ‘DR interest’ amount of R674.85 payment with a reference number, made from somewhere - if this is the ‘overdraft payment’ fnb claimed will be made over three months, then why is it well under the R3000,claimed by an FNB rep, to be paid via the loan into my overdraft?? Because if that’s the case then after the 3months the loan will cover our FNB debts, there will be well over R6000 remaining in the loan account that should’ve been paid into my overdraft, but no such payments are being made from FNB’s side! What will happen to that?? I’ll be paying for it. If you aren’t going to pay R3000+ per month into my overdraft, then why will I be paying for that R9000 calculated towards my overdraft in my covid re**** loan amount...... That makes me wonder what FNB will be paying into my credit card...

Also if you calculate my total FNB debt over THREE months,it doesn’t amount to 22593.67 in the loan amount - - So I’ll ask this again - what will happen with the surplus amount after the 3months,seeing that I will be paying for it,and so far not a single cent has gone off and if that 674.85 was the payment going towards my overdraft from the loan, then what’s happening the remaining amount of the calculated R3000+ per month FNB set aside towards my overdraft each month for the next three months??

What is happening with the debit payments people?? I haven’t received any confirmation not can I see proof that ANY DEBITS have gone off (overdraft payment of R3000 the last FNB rep said will go off on the 9th,or my device or my insure (law) nothing shows any payment made) and the loan account doesn’t reflect any outgoing payments at all... What’s going on?? The full amount still sits there. If you will be paying less that calculated or quoted per FNB debt payment, quoted via your reps, what will happen with the remainder??

I’m going in circles, because it seems that’s what FNB is doing.

I need this clarified and rectified once and for all!

I also the response in email formatted stating where every cent of the loan will be going towards, seeing that FNB is administering the payments on my behalf, because if you aren’t paying the quoted amounts to each debt/debit then I want to know why,and what happens to the remaining funds - because if FNB just keeps that money, and I make repayments towards R22593.67 and not EVERY CENT of that is going towards debts and FNB can’t account for it,then it amounts to ***** or theft - in which case I’ll be going to the ombudsman guys!

I’m being told different things, quoted different amounts and different payment dates etc....

I’m tired now! Seeing that you don’t trust your clients to administer their own payments with the funds, and you take control of payments, then it (the payments) needs to be very transparent and EVERY CENT MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR TO THE CLIENT,in this case,me!

Consolidate your story, give me written proof and tell me when the HELL you’ll actually be paying for everything (other than my credit card apparently going off on the 28th of May) and I must be able to see every cent of the quoted portions of the full loan amount going towards the payments FNB will be covering!

Come on guys!
