Covid Loan Debit Order Went Off Twice

FNB deducted twice my debit order for my Covid Loan for the month of May 2021. Tried to raise the query via the secure chat on the mobile app but was just told to call a certain number. You can't get answers to certain queries and its frustrating that such a simple query needs a call. Service has gone down with this bank.
