Covid load (unaware of)

I took a paesonal loan with Direct Axis and I asked for the settlement amount in October last year and I paid if off. After I paid if off FNB started debiting from my account but as a client I never dealt with Fnb I do not even have any account with them or maybe a call from Fnb advising me about this debit,When I enquired they advised that its a covid loan my question is when I asked for the settlement from Direct axis why was not included or being mentioned. To me its very strange because I do not even have Covid loan with my own bank which is standard bank they gave me payment holiday like direct axis even if I wanted to bank with FNB I will never never because this has an impact to my credit rate.
