Covid Fund Cancellation

Hi, I cancelled my Covid Relief fund over a month ago. I have paid the settlement amount, and forwarded PoP. Since then, I have had the cancellation of this fund escalated 3 times, and not 1 person has called me. I am trying to apply for a further loan on my bond, But cannot do so because of this fund that I have cancelled
