Covid Cashflow Relief
I tried to get in touch with your home loan department on Friday, no answer Today again I tried to get in touch with the loan department (covid Cashflow relief), no answer and unfortunately the guys at the tills cant assist me.

In regard to the query above, I have received the statement for my bond account from Prudence yesterday showing that the covid relief loan was paid into the home loan, however I still don't understand how the covid relief payment is reflecting as a personal loan, who decided that it has to be allocated under my name only when it was taken for the house I share with my ex? As explained to the consultant I spoke to yesterday, we are in the process of selling the house as it is joint and would appreciate if this can be corrected to reflect under the home loan. Please sort this out asap FNB
