Covid cashflow relief 3 weeks and still not sorted, 11 consultants later

My covid fund was approved for R90k on 24/04. My house and Wesbank went of on 30/04. It bounced cause the cashflow relief has not kicked in. Ive spoken on several platforms to 11 fnb consultants confirming from 01/05 that it would be corrected but nothing happens. They say Wesbank is covered, but they dont even know Toyota Financial Services are part of Wesbank. Just fix my stuff
