Covid cashflow Extension difficulties

Still having difficulties with my covid cashflow relief extention.FNB has paid back my debit order for my 2 loans but not my credit card yet.5 days later and im still waiting for them to reverse the credit card payment.Full of promises.I will Never Ever recommend them to anyone Ever again.They are quick to take someone on when they are in breach of contract but when FNB does it,they look the other way.
