04 Aug 2020, 11:49Good day, with all due respect, this matter will probably not be resolved, as you are incapable of communicating effectively with your Covid-19 team, they have extended my Covid 19 account, but did not open my shadow account, therefore, my debit orders still came off my cheque account, and not my Covid-19 account, they are ruining my Credit record, and now I must contact the Ombudsman, I want my money back. My refunds.
Thank you
Thank you

04 Aug 2020, 11:55Good day Mr Cilliers,Firstly, let me apologize in advance for writing to you, I understand you are extremely busy.However,.secondly, I have tried every conceivable avenue to resolve an issue, but it has still not been resolved, even logging as much as 3 complaints, then who can I go to.I have a Covid - 19 account and it has worked amazingly, until July at least. The account was successfully extended on the 15th of July until September (happy), and all four of my FNB debit orders, which I have never defaulted on was included, Wesbank x 2, FNB Personal and a Direct Axis loan account. There is at least R23 000 available in the Covid-19 account. On the 25th July, all four debit orders was deducted from my cheque account, and not paid from the Covid - 19 account. To date, only the FNB Personal loan account was resolved, and the rest have not.I addressed the matter the whole of last week, and was advised that the team will rectify within 48 hours, to date nothing yet, except the FNB personal loan.Yes, there has been communications telephonically, and via sms, and I was assured that it will be fixed, but nothing yet, and it is now 5 business days later. I just feel that there is a possible breakdown of communication between the departments.Complaint reference no 1. (***)Compleint Reference 2 (349473NF) Complaint Reference 3 (***) Below is a breakdown of what I expected to happen a few days ago at least, which I have communicated to everyone I came into contact with.1. My Wesbank account WESBANK_FI*** AMT R 3 832.50 was unpaid from cheque account ***. Now this account is in arrears, for the first time ever, as debit order was suppose to be deducted from the Covid-19 account. Therefore, the Coivd-19 account needs to be debited, and the credit needs to be made straight to Wesbank.
2. My Wesbank account WESBANK_FI*** Amt R 3 982.86 was successfully deducted from my FNB ***, but should have been debited from my Covid-19 account, therefore, the Covid acc needs to be debited with R3 982.86 and credited to my Cheque account ***.3. My Direct Axis account *** Amt R 19 29.35 was successfully deduted from my chque account ***, but should have been deducted from my Covid-19 account, therefore, the Covid-19 account should be debited with R1929.35 and credited to my cheque account ***. Mr Cilliers, I would greatly appreciate it if you could intervene spmehow, as I feel that you are now my last resort regarding this matter.Thank you.RegardsDenzil ****enson
