Covid-19 Settlement letter delayed 3 days now.
Good day
I requested a settlement letter for my Covid19 loan Monday 09/11/20. I received a call from the Covid19 agent that they will supply me with the letter in 3 days or less. I am still waiting for the settlement letter.
I secure Chat on fnb application and it states my CAS-681596-L8M0G4 has not yet been actioned.
So when is fnb going to action my request, because Standard Bank, Capitec, actioned my request within the same day.
