I really dont knw why im still banking with FNB, im dissapointed, no one asked for this Covid-19 pandemic, it was stated that banks offered there clients a 3 months payment holiday, but FNB rather offer loans and refuse to assist in the payment holiday, I DONT WANT A LOAN everytime i query it i get told go to Fnb app and go to Covid-19 tab and fill in the details what i have done and guess what i get a loan offer how much the loan is and the repayment date and total paying back.. i use other banks aswell and they gave me a three month payment holiday, why does Fnb say that they offer payment holiday and then u must apply for a loan... is this the way Fnb is making money of national disaster then i guess Fnb will not be for me, im disgusted Other banks are anove board but not Fnb, but rather want to con people in making debt
kindly please email me on black and white that FNB doesnt offer a three month payment holiday, in this Covid-19 pandemic disaster, its all over social media and newspapers that FNB offers a three month payment holiday, now you go back on your word and rather offer clients loans, please send me in writing that you dont offer the three month payment holiday, ive started a complaint process with the Banking Ombudsman, and im taking FNB to the advertising board of false news, trying to make money out of clients, Absa and Nedbank already contacted me stating that they gave me a three month payment holiday.. FNB just force you to take a loan..
