covid-19 RELIEVE Promises

I app**** for covid-19 relief. It was approved. One of my loans that went through my account was paid back. The other I am still waiting for. In one day I phone 5 times, I chatted the previous week on the secure chat but then last week they said they cannot find my device and I should transfer R500-00 so that I may chat after 7 days. I logged a complain and received mail on Thursday 3:29 ref no ***Q which they informed me the amount will be repaid within 24 hours. Today three working days further I tried to chat, mail but no reply. I waisted a lot of time and money calling to get money refunded. Is this the stage that I say WHAT THE HECK????
