COVID-19 relief/payment holiday complaint
I have complained on this forum about FNB COVID-19 relief application. Their Consultants kept calling ensuring me that they will resolve my issue. Well... FNB has not. I received far less than half of my salary but still they debited my account. I think FNB wanted to see that I won't really get paid even after I have submitted a letter from my Employer stating that I will not get paid. FNB has an extreme bad service

01 May 2020, 02:37You are one of the Consultants I spoke to. The Consultants I spoke to on Thursday morning informed me that my documents have been uploaded and my application is waiting for approval when I told her that FNB probably waited for my proof of salary. Well then I got paid R801.00. She said "they" (FNB) are not looking at the profile. Once "they"(FNB) see that my loan debits didn't go through. They will pay them from my insurance. I don't understand what documents you want from me because I did upload them on the 7th of April 2020. I have also filled in the "motivation" area for the application.
I am extremely unhappy with your level of service. It clearly shows incompetence and lack of knowledge with regards to COVID-19 relief programme. First my application ended up in your Debt Review Department, which I still don't understand how. Your debt review Department sent me an email that they will not be able to assist me. All 4 Consultants I have dealt with this far have said 4 different things, what worse money of you could explain to me how my application ended up with your debt review Department. Clearly there was no training done which leads to inconvenience on my side as your Customer.
I will have to change banks because clearly your lack of service is extremely unprofessional and very upsetting to me.
