COVID 19 relief/help/assistance? What a joke!

Again, I am disappointed by the bank who has never disappointed me before! after years of loyalty, you'd expect service and assistance, especially in these extraordinary circumstances!

I did get assistance after my last review, but my question is why do we need to lay a complaint of sorts on a public forum before you engage and really assist us!?

This COVID-19 situation has left me stranded financially, then I reach out to make use of so-called "assistance" and it's a nightmare and dead-end road to get!!
