Covid 19 Relief turns into Covid 19 stress

Covid 19 relief error taking too long to sort out. I app**** for covid 19 relief on my fnb app I was given a loan which was supposed to pay the fees which amounted to under R2000. I could not access the money in the loan account and now I am asked to pay back the loan of R7600 of which from there i used nothing amounting to that amount. The secure chat said will sort out in 24 to 48 hours its 1 week balance is not amended. Can someone from fnb please tell me why I need to pay back R7600 when that amount was not used, WHATS GOING ON, this should be covid relief not covid stress. Unhappy please sort out
