Covid-19 Relief Problems

So I app**** for the covid-19 relief that FNB offered because I had no other choice. They let me know that it was approved & I accepted the contract around the 19th of April. All my FNB loan debit orders went through on the 25th without hearing anything from FNB. Today I see the Covid-19 loan was added to my accounts, no debit orders was reversed so how exactly is this helping me? They gave me more debt without paying for the loan installments they said the loan would cover. I'm really disappointed in FNB & I'm looking at other banks who gave their customers relief during this difficult time.
