Covid 19 relief payment
I received app**** for payment relief on my bond with fnb as they made an option available on our app. To my surprise im required to submit a UIF-19 document which to my understanding it doesnt apply in this situation, im not terminating my services with tje company i just indicated that i will be short r paid for the month hence i need payment relief.
Im sure you have heard from department of Labour that employers will apply pn behalf of their employees. UIF-19 is only applicable for an individual application on termination, why am i required for this? Am i not subjected not to qualify flr this? Why make an option available while you wanto scrutinize us

29 Apr 2020, 22:43Good evening, this is a follow up of my query above. I'm actually frustrated with FNB right now, after requesting for payment relief I have been advised by sms that my credit life policy has been approved. No explaination of what it covered, FNB has done the Normal deduction even though I explained in my application that I will not have a Normal income in April. Furthermore they offered me a loan instead of payment relief. I followed up with my banker who advised this is the only option fnb gives to their clients.I have to accept the conditions so that it covered all my debts in this period. Due to desperation I accepted which I now feel I made a mistake after seeing the loan added on my app, I thought after accepting the quotation I all still have clarification . How do you expect me to start paying back the loan in June 2020 when do I recover I'm confused, do you want to take advantage of us at this difficult times, im disappointed with you. I still don't understand how this loan is going to cover my debts forthe next three months, I also don't understand what the fnb credit life covers, overdrafts, personal loan???? FNB I don't want more debts I want to recover from my debts and what you are doing is go to drown clients while you benefit at our advantage. Don't send me smses contact me. I want to withdraw from this ridiculous loan of yours. While I look for a new bank. I'm really dissatisfied with your services right now
