Covid 19 relief? Not with FNB.

I have a revolving loan account which I am in arrears with. Due to the Corona Virus I have not had any of my sales registered. I have app**** with FNB through the Covid 19 application. Now after nearly three weeks I have heard nothing from FNB. I also had a discussuin with a person in the revolving loan department and he does not return my emails etc. I think FNB service sucks.
