Covid 19 relief not favoring military personnel

As a member serving the defence force during the pandemic, did not Imagine to take a back seat with the covid 19 relief assistance. I app**** on time and because the approval came after the debit order was taken I am not seen equally to most civilians as military personnel only get paid in the middle of the month.
