COVID-19 RELIEF MISMANAGEMENT AND USELESS SERVICE

I have just about had it with FNB, I have been phoning almost everyday since the start of my Covid-19 relief loan and not a single consultant can give me a straight answer as to why 1.) Most payments stipulated in the agreement have not been paid 2.) Why my 3 month relief period, which ended the 1st of July is covering my debit orders even thought I NEVER agreed to an extension for an additional 3 months. 3.) Why I have not been deducted for my loan repayment as stipulated in the agreement to go off on the 1st of July.

My Covid-19 relief loan adds up to a total of R23,087.46 (as shown on my FNB online banking) of which was stipulated in my agreement that the following would be covered monthly for 3 months: Wesbank **********2) R4561.09, FNB Overdraft **********4) R1946.00, FNB Connect Device 1 **********8) R309.00, FNB Connect Device 2 **********8) R279.00, Overdraft Credit Life: DP08GJ45 R139.00, FNB Credit Card: **********015000 R130.42

So far, the ONLY payments received from my Covid-19 relief has been the following: Wesbank **********2) R4561.09 (Refunded to me as i paid my own debit order for april (APRIL 2020)

Wesbank **********2) R4561.09, FNB Connect Device 1 **********8) R309.00, FNB Connect Device 2 **********8) R279.00. (Totaling R5,149.09) (MAY 2020)

Wesbank **********2) R4561.09, FNB Connect Device 1 **********8) R309.00, FNB Connect Device 2 **********8) R279.00. (Totaling R5,149.09) (JUNE 2020)

Totaling +- 14,859.27 - How does this total relate to the loan amount of R23,087.46 loaned to me (including interest), this is why I have requested on several occasions and was promised by consultants that i would be provided with a breakdown of the account which i have not received to this day.

And why is my 3 month covid relief continuing past the agreed period when it was meant to end on the 1st of July? Why has my account not yet been debited on the 1st of July with my monthly installments? Why is my covid relief still calculating interest on the initial loan amount if I was not dedcuted my installment?

I need to know exactly what’s going on, which debit orders were paid, which debit orders werent paid and an exact breakdown of how FNB came to this R23,087.46 amount which is not adding up to me, and why the payments agreed upon have not been made.

I am so frustrated and angry at the service I have been getting from FNB, I feel like I am being **** to and ****** in broad daylight from an institution I thought I could trust with my money. I need this issue resolved ASAP, I'm tired of running around and calling a bank that can't give me a straight answer and giving me the run-around like I'm a child from nursery school.
