Covid 19 Relief Loan ******* By FNB

I have had my Covid 19 Relief loan under-payed by over R6k, and yet I am repaying the full loan amount. The interest is also being charged on the initial loan amount. I have had multiple calls logged with no resolution for over a month now. I am very disappointed and defeated by FNB service and how they treat their customers. This is a rip-off and if I knew they would do this to me, I would considered another bank. I am definitely considering further action on this.
