Covid-19 relief loan from FNB is a ****

I have just about had it with FNB, I have been phoning almost everyday since the start of my Covid-19 relief loan and not a single consultant can give me a straight answer as to why the payments stipulated in the agreement has not been paid.

I have also tried escalating this matter to no avail as the consultants drop the call on me before I can do so.

My Covid-19 relief loan adds up to a total of R23,087.46 (as shown on my FNB online banking) of which was stipulated in my agreement that the following would be covered monthly for 3 months: Wesbank (***) R4561.09, FNB Overdraft (***) R1946.00, FNB Connect Device 1 (***) R309.00, FNB Connect Device 2 (***) R279.00, Overdraft Credit Life: DP08GJ45 R139.00, FNB Credit Card: *** R130.42

So far, the ONLY payments received from my Covid-19 relief has been the following as of 19 May Wesbank (***) R4561.09, FNB Connect Device 1 (***) R309.00, FNB Connect Device 2 (***) R279.00. (Totaling R5,149.09)

A consultant explained (thumb sucked) to me that the 3 payments made above were for the previous month and that this month, all previously (6) payments stipulated in the agreement would be processed again on the date said debit orders (25th of every month) were supposed to go off, this however has not happened as yet.

I feel like I am being cheated/****** out of my money since I have to start paying back the loan as of the 1st of July and the only payments made to date add up to a total of R****.09 (excluding interest), this does not sit right with me, because I'm supposed to pay up a loan of R23,087.46 (including interest) over a period of 60+ months and I have not been loaned/given said amount.

I need to know exactly what’s going on, which debit orders will be paid, which debit orders wont be paid and an exact breakdown of how FNB came to this R23,087.46 amount which is not adding up to me, and why the payments agreed upon have not been made.

I am so frustrated and angry at the service I have been getting from FNB, I feel like I am being **** to and ****** in broad daylight from an institution I thought I could trust with my money. I need this issue resolved ASAP, I'm tired of running around and calling a bank that can't give me a straight answer and giving me the run-around like I'm a child from nursery school.

Hi

I saw that my overdraft amount has been credited, but my complaint is NOT closed until I can get the following answers, and If i can not get these answered I will log a complaint again on Hello Peter.

1.) Why are the other amounts being debited off my Covid 19 debt? Why were they not to be covered in the first place as stipulated in the agreement?
2.) When do I start paying back the loan, is it still the 1st of July?
3.) The amounts paid into my account by the Covid relief (done on 19 May and Today) are they meant to be for the previous month or the current month?
5.) If payments made (19th May and Today) were for this month and my Covid relief repayment starts 1 July, how does that even work or add up to 3 months relief and Total of R23,087.46?
4.) Please provide a breakdown of what exactly my total Covid-19 relief loan is covered.

Why do I always have to repeat the same questions over and over again?
I need answers!
