Covid -19 relief headache.

I’ve been having endless issues with FNB COVID relieve and no body can help me ive had the dame problem few month back it’s still not sorted out . No body knows how to help me , All the consultants on the App are clueless as always . I was sent some reference number morethan a week ago yet no one had called me. I wish those who don’t have FNB account to rather stay were their are FNB just don’t have the customer interests at heart.
