COVID-19 Relief fund **** from FNB

I have been trying to cancel a covid-19 relief fund that was activated in april. i spoken to so many consultants that i have lost count. after being requested to pay more than R20 000 for assisstance i didnt want so they could cancel my relief fund it still wasnt cancelled. instead another R12 000 was added although i have received emails that it will be cancelled. afterwards they didnt reactivate my wesbank debit orders which lead tomy cars being in arrears and me having to pay penalties for late payments.now 4 months afterwards and after the relief was supossed to end they double my debt from R12 000 to R24 000. no one seems to know who you can contact and who can assisst and i just have to keep paying. i have no idea where these amounts come from and cant get it resolved. how can a bank get away with cheating their customers out of money during atime like that.pls can someone assisst me with a number or person who can actually resolve this before my complete credit is ruined due to FNB trying to make money out of a situation where all the other banks are assissting.
