Covid 19 relief fund ****

Good day just wanna warn everyone about fnb's covid19 relief funds people please be aware of it its a **** there will convince you that its something in your favour to protect you from have a bad credit profile as the will assist you paying your debt order in this trailing times and because you will be stress with this covid19 stress and all you will fall for it kanti is just a **** all there are doing is to drown you deep and deep in debt and most of all its a long term debt and ridiculous interest here is what happened in my case the told me that the have allocated an amount of R41720.61 that will help me with my debt orders and assured me that is not the accually amount am owing them is just been allocted to me it doesn't mean that am owing it but I was surprise when I see that amount keep on reflecting on my bank app showing as an amount I owe the and the have been charging me interest based on that amount mind you the said is not an amount that am actualy "owing" is the amount allocated to me but to make the matter worse I sent them an email asking them to explain to what's going on lol guess what there continued lying straight to me stating that am not owing that amount its just an amount allocated to me and is for internal use and I asked the to explain to me if it is for internal use why is it appearing in my credit score report lol guess what since from Tuesday no one from fnb has responded me I have all the emails between me and them fnb is a ****
